Return/refund policy

Thank You For Shopping At Nellanis Bead Design.

​If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 
​Our products can be returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The product was purchased in the last 30 calendar days.
  • The product is NOT a custom order.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product isn't used or damaged.
  • You obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us:
  • By filling out the contact form below
  • Or by emailing us directly at: returns@nellanis.com

Send the product back with its original packing and the RMN number clearly written on the outside of the box, to the returns address provided along with your RMN number.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), Nellanis Bead Design will credit the customer’s original payment method the sale price (including tax) minus any applicable shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take another 1-2 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
 
Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during return shipping to Nellanis Bead Design. We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking and shipping insurance in the amount equal to or greater than the purchase price of the item(s) you are returning.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us within three calendar days for assistance. Please be prepared to provide photographs of the damage including damage to the packaging.
  
Sale items and Custom Orders
  • Sale items can be refunded.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable.

    Please describe the reason for the return and attach any additional supporting documentation if applicable.
